Important notice
NamVisa is a document preparation assistance service based in Vietnam. We do not issue visas, represent any embassy, or provide immigration legal advice. Our role is limited to helping you review, organise, and prepare your documents for submission. U.S. immigrant visa applicants should consult a licensed U.S. immigration attorney for legal advice regarding their case.
We help you review your DS-260 (Immigrant Visa Application) and DS-261 (Choice of Address and Agent) forms for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with your supporting documents. Forms are completed by you through the CEAC portal; we provide a secondary review.
A customised document checklist based on your visa category. DV lottery, family petition, or employment-based. We help you gather, organise, and prepare civil documents, financial evidence, and supporting affidavits.
Step-by-step guidance on how to submit your documents through the National Visa Center (NVC) and U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. We clarify what goes where and when, so nothing is missed.
Who this helps
Whether you have won the Diversity Visa lottery, your family petition has been approved, or your employer has filed an I-140 on your behalf, the document preparation phase is the critical bridge between petition approval and your interview. We help you cross that bridge with confidence.

Yes. We can provide guidance on applying for a Vietnamese police clearance certificate (Phiếu Lý Lịch Tư Pháp) and assist with the process through our police checks service, available nationwide.
A U.S. immigration lawyer provides legal advice, represents you before USCIS and consulates, and can argue your case in immigration court. NamVisa provides document preparation support only. We help you prepare the paperwork but cannot give legal advice or represent you. For complex cases or legal questions, we recommend consulting a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
Our service is designed for applicants currently in Vietnam. If you are a Vietnamese national living abroad and filing from another country for consular processing in Vietnam, we may still be able to help with the Vietnam-specific document preparation aspects. Contact us to confirm.
