We offer a range of services including urgent visa processing, 90-day e-visa applications, visa extensions, visa corrections, overstay resolution assistance, and visa run guidance. Our services cover all major Vietnamese cities and entry points.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting a visa assistance request, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport
- Submitting a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
- Providing correct passport number, nationality, and personal details
- Ensuring your travel dates and port of entry information are accurate
- Complying with all applicable Vietnamese immigration laws and regulations
- Verifying your visa eligibility before submitting an application
- Checking your visa upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any errors
We are not responsible for visa denials, delays, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for Vietnam, including passport validity, visa-required nationality checks, and any COVID-19 or health-related entry requirements in effect at the time of travel.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All service fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are clearly displayed on our website and are confirmed before any service begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed pricing for accepted orders will be honored.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, international wire transfer, and other methods as communicated during the application process. Payment is required before processing begins unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Before processing begins — Full refund available if you cancel before we have started work on your application
- After processing has begun — Non-refundable. Once we have initiated the visa application process, submitted forms to immigration authorities, or begun any service work, no refunds will be issued
- Visa denials — No refund is provided if your visa is denied by Vietnamese immigration authorities. Our service fee covers our assistance and processing efforts, not the outcome of the visa application itself
- Service errors — If we make an error in processing your application (e.g., incorrect information entered on our end), we will correct it at no additional charge
5. Processing Times
Processing times quoted are estimates based on typical timelines and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control — including Vietnamese immigration processing volumes, system outages, public holidays, or changes in government policy — may affect processing times. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as we become aware of them.
Urgent processing tiers (1-hour, 4-hour, same-day) are subject to availability and immigration office operating hours. Requests submitted outside of Vietnamese business hours may experience additional delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NamVisa Vietnam and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of travel expenses, flight tickets, accommodation, or trip costs
- Missed flights, tours, or travel arrangements
- Loss of business, income, or employment opportunities
- Visa denials, delays, or rejections by Vietnamese immigration authorities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that visa applications will be approved. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of Vietnamese immigration authorities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
10. Prohibited Uses
